In the world today identity theft is prevalent.
Two businesses, RE/MAX Capitol Properties and Blue Federal Credit Union, united this weekend to provide the community free shredding services. Destroy the old and outdated files you have in your home and protect your identity by utilizing this service.
Bring the items to shred on Saturday, May 19th from 9 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Blue Federal Credit Union (114 E. 7th Avenue).
Below are parameters for the shredding:
- Maximum of 100 pounds or 2 copy paper size boxes
- Accepted in the shredding are paper clips and staples
- Not accepted items include; Newspapers, Plastic Binder Clips, Magazines and Trash
