The Cheyenne Police Department has identified Jason Colcombe, 36, of Cheyenne, as the deceased person found at 3354 E. Lincolnway on Saturday, May 5. Officers were dispatched to the location at about 6:45 a.m. when Colcombe was observed seated outside against a wall of the business and unresponsive.
The investigation indicates that Colcombe was in this position for approximately an hour and a half before officers were dispatched. The CPD is continuing its investigation to determine how Colcombe passed away and is awaiting toxicology reports to further the investigation.
