Cheyenne’s loved Little Bear Inn restaurant and saloon is going up for auction.
Through an online auction on Thursday, April 19th the restaurant and saloon will be looking for a new owner. The starting bid will be at $50k. This business has been a prominent part of the historic fabric for Cheyenne.
According to the Auction Website, “Operating restaurant that has been in business since 1958. Little Bear Inn consists of a 7,000+/- sf building situated on 5+/- ac. Property was completely remodeled in June 2012. Currently a steak and seafood supper club and has a liquor license that can be transferred. FF&E conveys with the property.”
