Located on Carey Avenue las night, am impaired drive ran into the Downtown Mall.
The Cheyenne Polive arrested the driver, Daniel Martinez (44) with a DUI. Luckily no was injured.
The accident happened heading North on Carey Avenue prior to hitting 17th St. It happened in the evening around 6:30 p.m.
