The Cheyenne Police Department is investigating a burglary which occurred on October 21 st at approximately 5:00 a.m. The burglar entered a porch in the 300 block of E. 27 th St. and stole a gray and red Giant XTC 29ER bicycle along with a helmet. While we encourage bicyclists to wear a helmet, you shouldn’t take what isn’t yours in the first place.
