Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wyoming Receives Blue Vase Award for Excellence
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wyoming (BCBSWY) has recently been awarded the 2016 Plan Excellence Blue Vase Award in recognition of its outstanding service to members of a federal employee benefits program.
The coveted award recognizes Blue Plans that deliver outstanding customer service and achieve excellent performance ratings in other operational services for enrollees in the Federal Employees Program (FEP). FEP is the nation’s largest privately underwritten health insurance contract.
The award was given to BCBSWY for its 2016 performance in supporting the FEP Program. BCBSWY obtained an overall score of 114 points out of a possible 120, among the highest scores of all Blue Plans across the nation. This is the seventh Blue Vase Award given to BCBSWY.
